History: The 66-year-old woman was left by her husband and had 2 children. As a single parent, she wanted to maintain the standard of living for the children from 2005/06 and took up a loan. The rate was 300 € per month. Over the years, the rate increased and she took up even more credit in the meantime. She knew that it was all too much for her, but she always blocked it out.
In 2019, her mother went into care. Even more costs, barely manageable - that was the start of the pancreatic conflict. The lump was no longer manageable. Nevertheless, she continued to suppress it and heard about the possibility of personal insolvency for the first time in 2021.
On March 2023, she came into contact with a debt counseling service. The whole issue had really upset her and she didn't feel like she was in good hands there. Around June, she met a lawyer who specialized there. He gave her security, confidence and a good feeling that everything would end well. That was the resolution of the conflict she had been waiting for.
In September of this year, she experienced icterus (jaundice) for the first time in her life. The swelling of the tumor on the head of the pancreas, as part of the resolution phase, had blocked the bile duct, causing the bile to back up. In October, she had surgery to remove the affected tissue.
The biographical processing of the conflict provided deep relief and reduced the fear of subsequent conflicts and corresponding symptoms.
