Abstract
Realization of a biological conflict when the national borders were closed during the Corona period. Self-diagnosis through knowledge of the 5BN during the conflict active phase, but the symptom disappeared at some point. Conflict active for many weeks. No memory of the solution.
Description
Suddenly I got cold hands and feet. That didn't happen for many years. I noticed it so much because my extremities didn't get warm until morning, even when I was sleeping. I had never experienced anything like this before. I tried to go to bed with socks and underwear on, but to no avail. Since I know the 5BN relatively well, the cause was already clear to me at the start of the special program. I imagined that in the future I would no longer be able to cross the border to see my family, because I didn't have the required health certificates and I didn't want to change that. That was pretty threatening for me. And when I had cold hands and feet, it was clear to me that I had really been hit unexpected. You think about it and don't know a solution at first. The body acts on a biological level. It was huge, because I felt unable to do anything about it.
At some point a few months later the temperature was back to normal. I was able to change my perception of this particular era and it was no longer such a big issue.
