Tooth Decay – Is It Caused by Acid or Biological Conflicts?

A hotly debated topic… Björn Eybl, dentist (and 5BN expert) Isabella Pfaff, and others believe that teeth do not follow the two-phase model—and that Dr. Hamer’s theory regarding teeth does not hold up to scrutiny in real life (or in dental practice).
According to them, teeth occupy a special position, since they are the only tissue in the body that is not supplied with blood (apart from the pulp) and also does not renew itself regularly.

There are very few accounts from individuals claiming that a cavity has closed on its own—which, given the two-phase process, should actually happen quite frequently.

Have you observed anything that supports the classic acid theory or the conflict theory as the cause of tooth decay? Have you ever seen a cavity close up again (and if so, was it just a tiny hole in the enamel, or a deeper one in the dentin)?
Please, no debates about beliefs—we simply want to gather real-life experiences from people familiar with 5BN, which may help us gain a little more clarity over time regarding changes in the teeth.

My recent experience with this:

In 2019, I went to the dentist for the first time in over 15 years, and everything was fine.
Then the „pandemic“ hit, and shortly after, in mid-2025, I discovered a large cavity in my lower right wisdom tooth (I’m right-handed). At the dentist’s office, several other smaller cavities were found in various places.

Was the COVID-19 pandemic the cause of various conflicts involving biting? Emotionally, that would make perfect sense, since we could hardly protect ourselves against the arbitrary restrictions. But why on the left side as well? I had conflicts involving biting with society/the government/…—but nothing with my mother or children.

Or was acid or bacteria the cause? Six months earlier, I had started drinking mostly juice instead of water as an experiment. But then why weren’t the most hard-to-reach areas affected? I had never used interdental brushes. The dentist cleared and cleaned the interdental spaces for the first time—but in the areas where my toothbrush had essentially never reached, and where the bacterial situation is certainly by far the worst, I had no issues.
