Description
As I had been very interested in German New Medicine for a few years, I was keen to attend a regulars' table meeting that was authorized by Helmut Pilhar. There was a regulars' table/study group leader who was a particularly loyal follower of Dr. Hamer and Mr. Pilhar, but it turned out that she knew a little about German New Medicine but unfortunately had little knowledge of anatomy. There was no common thread on this evening, which was supposed to be about the spleen, and the lady was obviously more than overwhelmed. She couldn't give any information about where the spleen is in the body or what functions it has.
It was very annoying for me, as I had taken a long car ride for it and had also organized a babysitter. The situation escalated when one of the participants felt called upon to tell us sensational stories about aliens and UFOs.
Since I didn't want to be rude, but was like sitting on tenterhooks and couldn't stand the senseless talk any longer, I got up at some point and made a pretext for saying goodbye. I should have left the event two hours earlier when I realized that the whole thing was pointless. I was really angry, but didn't feel able to express myself honestly at the time. So I ran to my car in frustration, got in, and at the exact moment I was sitting in the car and closing the door, I felt a splinter pain in both sides of my throat, which got worse on the way home. I couldn't get the chunk of information and at the same time couldn't get rid of the unpleasant situation. It escalated into a severe tonsillitis that lasted two whole weeks.
So I didn't learn anything about the spleen programs, but I did learn about the physical effects of getting into a situation that I don't want to swallow. Syndrome was certainly part of it, because the pain was really severe. I went there all alone and didn't know anyone. I found the other participants to be closed-minded, there was a strange atmosphere there and I felt anything but comfortable.
