Abstract
I suspected a strange car in our parking lot. As I drove closer, I saw that my parking space was free and I could park without worrying. Based on my perception, I came upon an old association with physical symptoms for a few days. The morning after, a sore throat started for 2 days. On the 2nd day there was a watery nose on the left. On the 3rd day the discharge became purulent, only on the left. Now it is the 6th day and the nose is still purulent.

I got a sore throat tonight. Now I'm lying awake and have started thinking about what I experienced.
Yesterday my partner and I went to a lecture in the evening. A man from Offenburg documented his crossing of the Alps. The town hall was completely sold out and there was a lot of interest. It was interesting but there was nothing more dramatic than my symptoms. We drove home and went straight to bed. And this morning at five I'm awake and have a sore throat.
Sometimes I do, but I've never looked for the cause. But I did find one little thing. I took Laura to the house and then went to park the car. I wanted to go to the parking lot that Laura rents and often uses for her camper van. In the headlights, I saw another car parked there. Only when I got closer did I realize that it was right next to Laura's parking space. That was the only experience yesterday that had the quality corresponding to the symptoms. And I experienced it alone, was not prepared and suddenly. I had decided to drop Laura off at the house while driving home without communicating and then take the car away. When I saw the strange car, I was reminded of a similar experience when there really was someone in the parking lot. I had written Laura a message straight away and was very upset. But Laura was able to reassure me: 'I'm sure it was just a wrong-way parker'. This time I was alone. And it was just the idea that someone was standing in our parking space.
Unfortunately, I don't know what I experienced the many other times in the past with the same symptom. But I can observe from now on.
I'm still unsure because I found a suitable experience for the first time. I will face the next cold with curiosity 🙂
